chicken broccoli with garlic sauce

Remaining: 22

Summary: Experienced DOMS! It’s harder to avoid cookies when I get gifted them. Need to avoid Chinese food but parents make that difficult.

10 side lunges each leg

Plank: 2 min

Wall sit: 1 min

Summary: This workout killed me. Experienced DOMS for 2 days! Might need to adjust.
